Our Tidy Agent Guarantee

At The Tidy Agent, we’re committed to providing high-quality, practical products designed specifically for real estate professionals. That’s why every purchase is backed by our 6-month guarantee.

If your Tidy Agent organiser arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll send you a replacement FREE of charge. Please note, this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or general wear and tear, including (but not limited to) scratches, accidental damage, exceeding weight capacity, or water exposure.

To make a warranty claim, please email our customer service team at info@thetidyagent.com.au with your order details and photos of the issue.

Please note: Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.


Returns & Exchanges

We take great care in ensuring your Tidy Agent arrives in perfect condition. However, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Instead, we offer store credit, valid for one month from the date of issue.

Refunds will only be issued in the rare case of a manufacturing defect where the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
